all the staff was very helpful. location: the hotel was right by the hilltop temple, botanical garden and gurney drive, youth park, moongate trail and the thai consulate. we stopped by goodall cafe for coffee and treats, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

The breakfast had a lot of good food available. the staff members were friendly and willing to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere akin to a family-run establishment. the hotel is ideally situated in a calm neighborhood, conveniently close to several restaurants, Penang botanical gardens, parks, and the Thai consulate.
